ABOUT

Hi,

I am Nay, a Franco- Mexican yogi, currently located in Brussels. I am a certified yoga teacher, sociologist, ceramic lover and mother. I was born in Taiwan and moved to India, where I spent my childhood fully immersed in the different paths of Yoga and meditation. I studied in Mexico and Barcelona, and ever since I have traveled and moved around the world.

Because I have always felt called to dedicate my life to support the wellbeing of everyone on this earth, I studied sociology and International Relations. But  it wasn’t through that path that I was going to find a way to connect  and be of service to this planet.

While being back in Mexico and working like crazy in a private company, I reconnected with Yoga. I can still remember the feeling of bliss and peace after my first Shavasana. After that first class everything changed, I came back to myself, I remembered what it felt like to be happy internally and what really mattered to me in life.

So at the crossroad I took the path of Yoga. In 2014 I took different certifications (Restorative Vinyasa and Ashtanga) in Mexico with amazing teachers and almost immediately started giving classes.

Since then I have also been exploring my creative practice through ceramics and I am currently  training to be a holistic counsellor, as I would like to be able to support people in a more comprehensive and integrated way.

I have  continued to teach and learn Yoga wherever life has taken me. Always sharing from the heart a practice of compassion and inclusiveness, honoring the science of Yoga, remembering that the practice continues off the mat in our daily life, caring for our home the earth and those who inhabit it.
